Submit your film to the Planet in Focus Environmental Film Festival (October 12-16, 2011)!

Early-bird deadline: May 3rd, 2011/ Final deadline: June 17th, 2011

Planet in Focus is now accepting submissions for the 12th annual Planet in Focus Environmental Film Festival, taking place Oct. 12­-16, 2011 in Toronto. All submissions must be produced as of January 1, 2009. We accept all styles of film- and video making documentaries, dramatic, experimental, short films, features and animation. Themes may include explorations of urban and rural spaces; wildlife; social, cultural and political environments; farming; Aboriginal perspectives; health and environment; climate change; human displacement; war; globalization; water; farming; forests and food security and other interpretations of the theme "environment."

Our spotlight this year is landscapes: natural and manufactured.
