Your pitch must be factually accurate. Do your research so that if you wish to be involved in the production you are indispensable. Don't just Google your facts - that is not enough. Try to see if your story has already been covered. It doesn't particularly matter if it was done quite a while a go if you have a different take on things. But don't just regurgitate a story that everyone knows and has seen. They are in the business and will suss you out. Laura and Natalie can offer you more advice... |
